Last weekend I went to the international team champs for stockcars at the palme speedway.. many things I realised but the main one is my butt is TOOO big. So this is day one of my SPEEDWAY CHALLENGE. Definition of the challenge lose 50kg in 52 weeks. Easy yea? well I hope so. And feel free to become my mate and encourage me for this. SO when I go back nexy year I can wear a Snazzy as outfit with a group of Snazzy mates! Its going to be hard i hope there is alot of sweat and tears (helps lose a few KGs) This is the vision and I am chosing to accept it. Also along with the weight loss im going to try increase my cash and also my relationship with Jesus. cause through this he is going to be the main strenght along with all of you. So 3 main things its going to be quite the journey.. keep informed and watch me shrink. Body photo every Friday to be uploaded. (not a naki one im not like that im a christian!!!)

PS this is not about me getting a new image or not liking the plate God has handed me... completly different... my body is a temple and for the last 20 years I have been abusing it.. time for a healthy change...
